First you should call us and talk to the technical department so that the problem may be solved through the phone.
In any other case all of our machines are checked and repaired if needed at the facilities of our company by specialized staff, we have no external service.
This means that in case of malfunction , you have to bring the machine to us or send it with a shipping company to be checked in our company.
All of our products are covered by a legal warranty of good operation for 2 years from the date of purchase and it is provided only when the product is accompanied by the purchase document.
